  23. since you are charged for each quotation downloaded.

  26. quote fee.  And, when you realize that you cannot enter your own data   
  27. but must download it, then you may realize that you do not need this    
  28. program.  For those active in the market, this program provides a quick 
  29. means of data access with the added feature of plotting out the         
  30. information easily.  For such investors, APEX POINT & FIGURE is a       
  31. valuable program.

  33. The program is easy to use, easy to set up, and useful.  The manual     
  34. explains how to use the program but does not train the novice in        
  35. learning the "markets game".  But, the price is nominal, as you are not 
  36. billed for anything until you download a market quote.  Try it out and
